Design and equipment

The Unold Silverline 86810 table fan boasts a modern and very appealing design. For this reason, the table fan is a real eye-catcher everywhere. The color combination of silver and white is really noble, so this is the first to notice. Despite the processing of plastic, the table fan is very high-quality. The table fan has three speed stages. These can be operated by pushing the button and are located over the large stand, which ensures sufficient stability. The chrome case has five leaflets in the same color. Over the case is a white practical carrying handle. The table fan has switchable oscillation and is also adjustable in the inclination.  

Functionality

When it comes to the functionality of this table fan, we had nothing to complain about. This is because the table fan provides pleasant cooling even in the first speed stage. We found this performance level to be quite sufficient for use in the office. In addition, the employees were not disturbed by the fan. At home, the table fan was used in the study, bedroom and living room. In the larger rooms, the higher power stages had to be switched on, but the small fan managed to distribute sufficiently cool air evenly throughout the room. Thanks to the switchable oscillation and the adjustable inclination angle, the air circulation can be optimally adapted to your own needs and the local conditions. Otherwise, the barely 1.4 kg heavy table fan can be transported anywhere or carried in the hand. This is additionally ensured by the carrying handle on the housing. Thanks to its dimensions of 27.3 x 22.5 x 40.5 cm, the table fan can be placed anywhere. Even at the highest speed stage, the large stand ensures that the table fan does not tip over.

The handling of the table fan is very easy and basically self-explanatory. Despite this fact, there is an instruction manual which is quite understandable. Thus, the table fan can be used by anyone. For the safety of the small fingers, the dense mesh grid of the table fan housing ensures. The respective speed stages are simply controlled by push-button pressure. The selection of the respective inclination degree is also unproblematic.  

volume

The noise level of the table fan is not very quiet. At least not at the highest speed level. However, this is used during the day at the highest heat, if this does not disturb anyone anyway. In the first speed stage, the device is audible, but still pleasant. So pleasant that you can sleep with the table fan in the bedroom without problems. There is also no risk that the roommates or even the neighbors can be disturbed by the operation of the fan. In the office, the first speed stage is also sufficient. At least when the table fan is placed on the desk. If the employees also want some cooling, the further speed stages ensure air distribution all over the room. Here, however, the attendees must also accept a higher noise level.  

Areas of application

The Unold Silverline 86810 table fan can be used in both the living room and in the office. Only in really large rooms would an additional fan be installed. For these, however, stand-up fans are more suitable. Because of the possibility of simply transporting the table fan with the carrying handle, it would be a pity not to take it into the office.  

Price-performance ratio

From the price the Unold Silverline 86810 table fan is very attractive. Due to the relatively low price, however, the table fan does not exercise any quality. He performs his job excellently and cools every room in summer. The air jet can be simply controlled in order to use it perfectly.
