I had a big problem, because shortly after I had moved, my washing machine had stopped its function. I had taken the trouble to order a specialist, whom I hoped would be able to address them again. Unfortunately he told me that the repair might be more expensive than a new machine.  

The emergency purchase

There was no enthusiasm for this news, but I needed a new machine, because I had a small daughter and had to wash my clothes myself. Therefore, three days without washing machine were devastating. I researched the internet, more specifically, I was looking for a washing machine in my budget and took the one that was at the top of the list. It was the Gorenje WA50125S. I was lucky to clarify directly on the phone after completing the order with the dealer that I would need the machine very quickly. After two days she was delivered to me.  

The first impression

When the two suppliers had taken the machine to my bath, I freed them from the foliage and found that they were a classic washing machine. I first took the instructions for use and checked the technical data. Quickly I realized I had a very good machine. Energy efficiency class A. My old machine, on the other hand, was a true electricity eater. Water saving was the Gorenje WA50125S probably synonymous. With a spin speed of 1200 revolutions per minute, I could not complain. 5kg capacity. She had everything I could expect from a machine. At first glance, at least  

The installation

I had no problems with the connection of the Gorenje WA50125S. All necessary parts were included and the connection worked as with any other washing machine. I just hoped that everything was tight. So I had to wait for the first wash. Despite its high weight of 62 kg I could move the white front loader very well. Unfortunately, she had no adjustable feet, but I had found an excellent parking space for the machine, this one was flat and so she did not rock back and forth. I especially liked the top of the Gorenje WA50125S. Thanks to their size, I was able to place the wash basket comfortably as long as the machine was running and the detergent pack and the fabric softener bottle had also found room.  

The first wash

After three days without a washing machine, my Waschberg piled up to the ceiling, I tried the Gorenje WA50125S right after the installation. The program selection takes place via a rotary control. All programs are clearly named and there is even an express program. Especially when washing, which is not too dirty, it is often enough. To my surprise I could not find any shortcomings in the wash cycle. The laundry ran over a normal time, all parts were still completely and also the detergent compartment had no residues. During the spinning process, the machine has not moved from the location. I was absolutely thrilled.  

In the long-term test

I have the Gorenje WA50125S now for six months and have not yet noticed a downside. Despite the fact that the feet are missing, the machine has not moved even from the spot. This is certainly due to your high weight. My laundry washed them every day very reliably and there was not even any residues in the detergent compartment. Since it is recommended to clean the lint filter regularly, I have also tackled this task. The opening is attached to the side of the door. This has opened very easily. Unfortunately, I have not experienced a washing machine, where this cleaning was possible without water running out. But I have a small bowl and a flap used to catch the rest. The lint filter can be easily removed and can be reused easily after cleaning. Really amazed me my electricity consumption. All my equipment ran normally and I still consumed less.
