The Acer Liquid Z630 is a rechargeable battery with one of the strongest rechargeable batteries used to date on smartphones. This mobile phone offers a lot of advantages and thus the independent and appealing design. The TomTom is pre-installed with the off-board navigation. With the mobile phone there are 11.6 GB internal memory, there are excellent spark characteristics, the two LTE-Sim places, the long battery life and the battery with the device is changeable. For many, however, the mobile phone is too thick and too big. Acer is one of the world's largest computer manufacturers and also mobile phones are built by the company headquartered in Taiwan. Compared to the devices of Samsung and Co., however, an interesting alternative is offered. With the Liquid Z630 there is an extensive equipment for a small price. However, the 400 mAh battery still shows its own character. This capacity of the energy storage is unusual in the price class.Due to the low selling price Acer can not be blamed if the frame of the mobile phone is relatively broad. The cell phone with the 5.5 inch display has become a decent clog and thus the device does not disappear so easily in the case. The height is 9 millimeters and this should be due to the strong battery. The Z630 weighs only 160 grams despite its size. The weight is surprisingly low and presumably on the plastic housing. The manufacturer has succeeded in the small art piece, that the cheap optics off the shelf is dispensed with and thus better accents are set. A ribbed, rough texture is available on the removable back and this is insensitive to fingerprints and feels good. Above the display, the loud hole grid is immediately visible to the loudspeaker. Also striking is the narrow strip in the brilliant chrome optics, which pulls around the frame completely. With a colorful playful interface surprises the Cameramenü and there are too many settings a clear access. The building can be easily bent and the workmanship is clean. Overall, the processing quality is appropriate to the price.  

The display and the camera

The display has a solid appearance. Classes usual is the resolution with 1280 times 720 pixels and still sufficiently sharp on 5.5 inches. With 333 Candela, the luminosity is not very high, which makes the readability in the sun difficult by the highly reflective surface. The four core processor from Mediatek works under the screen and it accesses two GB of memory. The performance is absolutely sufficient for everyday life and the system responds without delay. Only with graphics-intensive games there is no good performance and the loading times of the apps are somewhat longer. Unusual is the camera equipment, because at the rear and front there is an 8-megapixel look. While the main camera is below average, the front camera provides a good resolution. The main camera is more suitable for snapshots and video conversations and self-respects look good. Regarding the light output the photos are usually too dark and the noise is high. There are many settings for the camera and shooting modes.  

The store and Android 5.1

On the current Android version 5.1, Acer and the interface is only subtly changed. However, there are many custom software solutions to connect the smartphone and computer over the cloud. If you want to use the music app, the photo gallery or the file manager, but the Acer ID needs. There is a real added value for all those who already use Acers Cloud solutions. For the others there are enough alternatives with Google and other providers with Android. The remote control from the smartphone via PC works and for this a software must be installed on the PC. The operation is done with the mouse and mails or SMS can be written with the keyboard. The Navi-App from Tomtom is very good and thus maps are stored on the device and it works also without the data connection.
