800 Watt electrical power, the Mastra R128 B 5 well pump can be used for delivery heights of up to 75 meters. It produces a pressure of 6.5 bar. At 2850 rpm, the Mastra R128 B 5 well pumps can deliver 4.8 cubic meters of water or other clear liquids per hour. The Mastra R128 B 5 well pump is not suitable for pumping dirty water or chemicals.  

Materials and construction

The Mastra R128 B 5 well pump and the pump shaft are made of stainless steel.The conveyor wheels are made of plastic. The carbon seals for sealing the housing are designed as a double sliding ring in the oil reservoir. The Mastra R128 B 5 well pump has 5 pump stages. The maximum immersion depth is determined by the supplied connection cable to 20 meters. It is an electrical connection cable for well pumps according to DIN standard. The lowest immersion depth is 150 millimeters. A thermal overload protection and an operating capacitor are installed at the factory, so that no ballast box is needed during the installation. The average operating load should be at 20 starts per hour. A float switch is not included in the scope of delivery, but can be retrofitted by the operator if necessary.

The well pump can be used wherever clear, clean liquids are to be conveyed. It has excellent flow performance and is stable and reliable. The Mastra R128 B 5 well pump is mainly used for pumping water in wells and cisterns. In combination with a float switch or a pressure switch, the Mastra R128 B 5 well pump can be used to keep the water level in cisterns or in earth bridges constant or to regulate the pressure in the piping system of the garden and the plot. During the installation it should be ensured that no dirt, such as rock, soil, sand or branches, enter the pump system and the conveyor wheels. They can lead to impairment of the pumping function or to the destruction of the well pump.

The Mastra R128 B 5 well pump is jacket-cooled. An overheat switch prevents thermal overload. If the instructions on the operating conditions are observed, damage or destruction due to thermal overloading is almost impossible. Every single pump of the Mastra R128 B 5 well pump is tested for function and leakage before leaving the factory. For this reason, water residues can be present in the housing, in the packaging or in the conveying chambers. They are an expression of quality control.
