Purchase grounds for the well pump

When buying a new well pump, different performance data were very important to us. Thus, the well pump should have a high flow rate of water. Also, the delivery height should be correspondingly high. In addition, the well pump should be as robust as possible. When buying for us played however also the price a role. Overall, the Berlin BTBP100 9 2 2 well pump has convinced us in every respect. For this reason, we finally decided on this model. Especially since different characteristics, such as the strong engine power have confirmed our purchase decision.  

Technical specifications

The Berlin BTBP100 9 2 2 well pump is made of stainless steel. It is equipped with an impeller in the interior. The well pump is powered by a powerful electric motor. This requires a mains connection of 230 V and makes up to 2850 revolutions per minute. Due to the electric motor, the fountain pump achieves an output of 2200 watts, with a maximum flow rate of up to 9000 liters of water per hour. The discharge height is 72 m and the depth 20 m. It generates a pressure of up to 7.2 bar. The Berlin BTBP100 9 2 2 well pump is equipped with a hose and pipe connection, which is a R2 thread. Due to their processing, the well pump can also be used to pump drinking water. When pumped, the well pump can pump water with a maximum temperature of 35 degrees. To prevent the well pump from being damaged by dirt, it is protected. This dirt can be processed with a grain size of up to 0.3 mm without any problems. The dimensions of the well pump are 822 mm in length and 98 mm in diameter. The weight of the well pump is 22.9 kg

The well pump is very compact, so it is also suitable for smaller wells very well. If you have it in your hand, but is relatively heavy. However, this is an advantage with regard to a safe stand. The Berlin BTBP100 9 2 2 well pump can be installed relatively easily. The control of the well pump, for example in the case of the flow rate, is effected via a connection box and a switch connected thereto. The well pump is not very loud in the enterprise, correspondingly well could be used in a house. Due to the production of the well pump made of stainless steel, we have not been able to notice any major maintenance costs. They can be cleaned relatively easily if necessary, also because one comes to all places very well.  

Disadvantage with the well pump

When installing the Berlin BTBP100 9 2 2 well pump we have unfortunately also noticed a disadvantage. So you can get the well pump up to 20 m deep, the connection cable here also only to a length of 20 m comes. This is a disadvantage. Here we would have wanted a longer connecting cable, since this has facilitated the connection of the well pump.
