The rowing machine from AsViva is a device designed for home use. The manufacturer AsVIVA has a cheap model with the AsVIVA Rower Cardio XI rowing machine. We have tested this for you in the following. It is a sports device that is used to load the back, the spine and also different muscles. Therefore it is only to be used with some precautions and should never be sought without medical advice. In the case of pre-loaded persons, damage to the various body parts is possible which can not be corrected later. A corresponding instruction is attached to the rowing machine. Delivery and assembly

The complete device is included in the delivery. This consists of the AsVIVA Rower Cardio XI rowing machine and a training computer. The rowing machine is partly assembled, which means a flywheel and the linkage are delivered in a fairly large cardboard box. The construction of the whole is simple, only a few steps lead to the success and the whole rowing machine stands. The training computer is preinstalled and ready to run.

This is done by the movements that are made, a battery or even a power connection are not necessary. It is important to read the values, otherwise the values will be lost. The service is however really simple. Two training buttons can be used to set a training. This can be processed according to the severity of the resistance.

The training computer is not waterproof, so please be careful. A mild cleansing agent for disinfecting can also be used for the seat surface. Then the device is ready for use again.
