This was the first test that all testers did, but the device is on firm feet. This means that even a jerky movement can be easily absorbed, which is not part of the training of the back muscles. In doing so, the main strut can be adjusted fivefold, so that the exercises can be carried out properly. This also applies to the leg rollers, which can be adjusted twice. Because here it is decided whether the legs are really properly held. A great deal of importance should be attached to this, as the exercises can reach an angle of inclination of up to 45 degrees. This would be optimal, but even people with disc problems can do easy exercises here. Of course, these will not reach an angle of inclination of 45 degrees, which is not necessary. The important thing is that the back muscles can also be strengthened, but the exercises have to be repeated more frequently. Again, the testers were more than satisfied with the ease of handling, as these can be done without major problems. This was exactly what the manufacturer promised and respected. Thus, only the exercises have to be carried out properly, since otherwise it is more likely to be painful than with muscles. Therefore, rather start slowly and then correct. However, many users already knew these exercises from the gym, which caused no problems.  

Stable built and stable

This also promises the manufacturer, which in this case was really respected. The stability guarantees the quadrangular steel construction, whereby 50 X 50 mm thick steel was processed. The weight of just under 10 kg contributes to this. In order to keep the Pro Hyperextension backtrainer firmly on every surface, rubber buffers provide end caps for the ideal and firm position. This has also been extensively tested by the testers. The result was really very positive, because even on lawn, which was not exactly flat, the Pro Hyperextension backtrainer remains firmly on the ground. No wobble, which can be used to carry out the exercises safely. Of course, should not be exaggerated here, since then the device can once waver. However, this has never been reversed, which was then more than positive for all testers. Thus, the Pro Hyperextension back remover can be placed anywhere, especially since this is easy to transport. This is because it can simply be folded up. The transport can then be carried out in the same way, or the device can also be stowed in a corner. However, a body weight of 150 KG should not be exceeded, as the device is no longer equipped. This is then also the recommendation of the manufacturer, which in this case really must be considered. Only one tester was disappointed, because this was simply too small for the device. Their size with about 1.60 was too small, which could not use the device. Therefore, the manufacturer should not only specify the maximum limit but also the minimum size.
