The purchase

When the new appearance of the Curved TV's came on the market, I wanted to become owner of such a television. Even if my wife had initially frightened about the high price, we agreed that we wanted this device. On the Samsung UE55HU7200 Curved TV we have come across the Internet and ordered it there too. Since we are both very big film fans and the corresponding contracts with a big company, where you can always access movies, we also wanted to have cinema at home.  

Delivery and assembly

After a few days of waiting we had the new piece of jewelry. Unfortunately, our living room had to be cleared, as the Samsung UE55HU7200 Curved TV is very platzintensiv. And honestly, building was also much easier with two people than with just one person. All cables as well as the remote controls with matching batteries are included. The placement on the pedestal is quickly done and the complete construction has been very stable. On the side at the back are all necessary connections. Various HDMI ports, a LAN input and, which us very enthusiastically, also a WLAN function was recorded with.  

Facility

Even if the menu seems a little strange after the first power up, it is basically very intuitive to use. However, some settings are very complicated to set up, whereby I had to go back to the usage instructions. The hardness test

The long-term test

After about four months, many films and three times again reshuffle the living room, we are still satisfied with the Samsung UE55HU7200 Curved TV, but one really disturbed us, which in the end led to the frequent spatial changes. Due to the immense size of the Samsung UE55HU7200 Curved TV, it was unfortunately not possible that reflections have always dominated our program. Since we have a very bright living room with a lot of windows, it was impossible to see a movie in bright sunshine and also to recognize something. Basically, we had to lower the shutters. But since we were sitting in the dark, we had to access the backlight of the Samsung UE55HU7200 Curved TV. This is very nice, but always sitting in the dark is not nice either. As a result, we have cleared until we have found the optimal location. And now we have no more problems, except when the reading lamp is on the sofa, which also reflects.
