A great experience

This is the moment when the garden hose is split into two half garden tubs during early morning lawn mowing - an annoyance! What is a garden party without spontaneous cooling? Shall I now pour water from every blade of grass? Of course not! There must be a new one soon, especially when the summer is approaching.  

New purchase

Shortly I decided to buy the "Jardin" from the house Hozelock. The 20 meter long "made in Germany" water hose appeared to me, for almost 35EUR, but quite cheap. In addition, I need 20 meters of hose, because I have this from the water connection in the back yard, once around the house to the front garden must. The pimped yellow PVC tube can be transported and laid with a one-and-a-half inch tricot which weighs only two and a half kilograms. The material of the hose cover is well processed and feels supple. Despite the high wall thickness, the hose is extremely flexible and can be laid around corners without kinking. When rolling up, it is placed on the drum without twisting. Just as it should be. It should also be mentioned that heavy metal and phthalates were not used in the production of the plastic hose. As a result, no toxic substances later get into the hose water.

A bright yellow tone decorates the exterior of the garden hose. This makes it very visible, even if hidden behind hedges, bushes or the like. There is no risk of stumbling, and I will not overlook it any longer in future lawn mowing.  

Water march!

After I had connected the "Jardin", I let the water from the 12.4 bar pump shoot through it. At about 6 liters per minute, the water has proper pressure when it comes out of the tube opening. The tube expanded slightly from its diameter. In addition, he became more static, more inflexible, than the water ran. This I feel as perfectly normal and self-evident, as the water exerts a lot of force on the garden hose.  

Long-term

Even after several weeks of operation, the 20 meter long water dispenser did not show any wear. Neither weather damage due to UV light or rain, nor kinks, as I know it from my old hose. In the summer, he will have to prove his entire performance and longevity. I am good things that he will beat himself sovereignly.
