the black hard hollow core role

Practice test
after I had searched me some training videos on the Internet that the training could begin. With the softer role I loosened up first the muscles, before the hard, black role was used. The Orange massage roll is soft without being too soft and massaged so already just fine all muscle groups and fascia to edit with it. Almost she would have been enough already, but need something more then my back. The black role, striking that she as a medium hardness is declared, but feels much harder.
