For our house we were looking for an alarm system. Our choice has fallen on the Blaupunkt SA 2700 alarm systems. Why it was a Blaupunkt alarm system and what experiences we had with this alarm system can be seen in this report.

It operates on the frequency 868 Mhz, this frequency being correspondingly secured. If there is a disturbance in the frequency and thus a disturbance between the individual components of the system, alarm triggering occurs. The range of the radio signal is up to 30 m. The entire alarm system consists of the alarm center, a sensor for a door or window, a motion detector and a remote control. Altogether, Blaupunkt's alarm system can be expanded to up to 30 sensors. In compliance with Blaupunkt SA 2700 alarm systems, an app is also delivered, but more will be available later. It is equipped with internet, with wireless, but also with an alarm button. The power for operation, the Blaupunkt alarm system gets a 230 volt power supply. The settings you have made on the alarm system can be found on a display. The Blaupunkt alarm system comes with dimensions of 13.6 x 20.9 x 2.3 cm. The alarm system is colored in a white color. It comes at a weight of 281 g.

Via this, which is directly at the alarm center, one can also trigger the alarm system.  

Handling the Blaupunkt SA 2700 alarm systems

The handling of Blaupunkt SA 2700 alarm systems is very simple. The operation of the system, ie, for example, the switching on and off, can be carried out either directly at the alarm center or via the remote control. All the settings you want to make on the alarm system, you can also use the remote control. In addition you get to the alarm system an app, which can be installed on his smartphone. This app is suitable for both IOS and Android. This app can be used to control the Blaupunkt Alarm System. As an advantage, however, we have also felt in the alarm system of Blaupunkt, which is very easy to mount. Due to the very compact dimensions, the alarm center does not take up much space, this also applies to the sensors. Due to the exclusive connection via a radio signal, you do not have to lay cables. Accordingly, the alarm system is available quickly.  

Small deficiency in the alarm system

In the use of Blaupunkt SA 2700 alarm systems, however, we have also been able to make a deficiency. We already mentioned, the Blaupunkt alarm system is equipped with a display, this one can take all the settings. But just here, there is a weak spot, with the time the display disappears on the display. So you can not see which settings have been made or whether the system is still sharp. This is a disadvantage, here a permanent display would be desirable.
