The AMA Drainer N 301 SE submersible pump is a device to keep standing waters at a certain level. The pump can be used in wells, ponds and also in a water reservoir. In so far as the inlet is higher than the drain, the pump then automatically jumps and regulates the height of the water level so that no overflow can occur. delivery

The pump is delivered ready assembled and packaged well. The carton of the packaging is suitable to resume the pump when not in use. It can easily be stored in the winter in it and does not take any damage. Therefore, the carton should be removed. Further accessories for the pump are not included. What is needed is a sewage hose in which the water which is pumped can be transported.  

construction

The design of the pump is simple. It is attached at a desired height in the water body. This determines the minimum water level that the pump should produce. By means of a float at the pump it switches on or off again if necessary. It is operated with electricity. Therefore a mains connection is necessary insofar as it is a permanent use. If you want to set up the pump only temporarily, it is also sufficient to operate the pump with one unit.

The pump is made without the help of the owner. The pump is automatically switched on and off by the float. This ensures the operation of the device. The pump has been designed in such a way that it can always run empty once. However, this should not be a permanent state, but it is not suitable for this. It is therefore not a suction pump which is used on a zero line.  

Power and continuous operation

In operation, we have determined that the AMA pump is a real performance bull. It is designed in such a way that large quantities of water are no problem for the pump even during 24 hours. It is important that the water is not hot or hot, otherwise the cooling of the unit will not work and the pump will fail.  

maintenance

After use, the pump should be checked for residue and adhesion to the inlet screen. It can happen that pollutants are released from the water. In the case of standing waters, algae or other water plants form which are also sucked in and then are in the screen. If the screen becomes too full, the pump will fall out, which should be avoided. If the pump is to be stored, it should always be emptied completely, no damage can occur during storage. The pump is completely maintenance-free for the remaining parts.
