Bauknecht promises an excellent washing machine, which cleans the house without any effort in a household environmentally friendly. With a capacity of 6 kilograms and a weight of 73 kilograms, the washing machine belongs to the equipment suitable for families with children. It is easy to connect to the water line, and the manufacturer has thought of using this resource very efficiently. The average energy consumption per year is 147 kWh and the water consumption amounts to 9,272 liters of water per year. The machine has the best energy efficiency class A +++. At a spin speed of 1400 rpm, the WA Plus 634 is suitable for all materials that are thrown before drying. The Bauknecht is also suitable for underbuilding and fits in every kitchen and every washroom with its dimensions of 85 x 60 x 75.5 centimeters.  

Laundry programs

18 different washing programs are offered to the users. Among them are programs for cooking, linen, color programs as well as special programs for clean linen and fine wash. The range is supplemented by programs for mixed linen, hand wash and a program for fast laundry. The color programs enable a particularly color-friendly treatment of the filling material. White laundry is given a special care, which makes the clothes clean, but does not affect the color. The basic settings, such as cooking utensils or bunches, are energy-optimized. Before each washing cycle, the washing machine measures the loading of the drum and adjusts the water consumption (Automatic quantity). This means that the respective program needs only the energy it needs for optimal washing. For example, with a half-full load, the predefined duration of the washing operation may be significantly shorter than specified. This will once again protect the environment. The special programs of mixing and hand washing also ensure an optimal wash result and require only as little energy as necessary. The washing machine has additional additional functions such as the "15 Grad Green & Clean Program". Users get a perfect wash result while saving up to 70 percent energy. Through this program, a maximum of cleanliness is achieved in order to get very dirty laundry to clean again and to really curb any kind of pollution. At the end of a wash program the user is indicated by the label "End" on the display accordingly. A further useful additional function of the machine is the possibility of gradually varying the spin speed between 1,400, 1,000, 800 and 400 revolutions per minute or even without end spin. This function is particularly suitable for laundry, which should be spun or not. Useful complementary additional functions are "intensive rinse", "rinse stop" and "light irons". All individual features can be easily adjusted via the rotary wheel.

The display gives users an optimal overview of the state of the respective washing process. The display shows the start time as well as the remaining time display. The indicators for the door lock, the water inlet and the pump can also be seen.  

Additional useful features

All the keys of the machine react with a small time delay, which is particularly beneficial for households with small children. If the child safety device has been activated, the selected washing program can not be changed after pressing the start button. Users can thus ensure that the laundry is actually washed with the program as intended.In addition to the already mentioned 18 washing programs, the machine has a start time pre-selection, with which the washing process can be pre-selected in a timeframe of 24 hours. For example, you can have the Bauknecht start at night so that it is ready in the morning. A special favorite memory enables even easier operation of the machine. All programs are controlled by the control of the WA Plus 634 by means of clearly defined keys or via the rotary wheel. This avoids confusion.  

Energy efficiency and operating noise

The machine is an all-day front loader with excellent energy efficiency. Like almost all other Bauknecht washers, it has the energy efficiency class A +++, which is the best result of all classes at all. The built-in Eco-Monitor is particularly suitable for users who place great emphasis on energy efficiency. Many users are not aware of the fact that the respective washing programs differ significantly in their electricity consumption. The eco monitor also shows the power consumption of each individual wash program as an interesting feature of the WA Plus 634. The Eco-Monitor, for example, indicates that the 15-degree clean program is really energy-efficient, because this special program eliminates the need to heat up the wash water. Nevertheless, the laundry is also clean in the 15-degree wash cycle. However, users must ensure that they use a detergent suitable for low temperatures. The Bauknecht WA Plus has the highest energy efficiency class A +++. The volume during operation is 57 dB during washing and 77 dB during the spin cycle. This means that the WA Plus 634 can hardly be heard during the washing process, whereas during the spin cycle, the WA Plus 634 produces a low noise, which is quite normal.

The centrifugal efficiency class, which gives information about the residual moisture remaining after the centrifugal operation, is 45% for the centrifugal efficiency class A. With efficiency class B it is between 45 and 54 percent. The WA Plus 634, like most other washing machines, also flings with efficiency class B. Previously it was mentioned that the maximum spin speed of 1,400 rpm. To 1,000, 800, 400, and even zero revolutions per minute. The lower the spin speed, the moistened the laundry is when it comes out of the machine. A lower speed, however, saves the fibers, so that the laundry is less wrinkled.
