If you are looking for a portable stereo Bluetooth speaker in the lower price range, whose sound quite alright is and extends the battery life for a shorter (dry) picnic for your Smartphone, pad or Tablet offers a dock, I highly recommend the Inateck BP2001. Pity that the battery is not more powerful and the dock can charge not the transmitter. Even lack of fuel water protection, NFC-pairing and social fashion does not offer the speaker.
